The company called Comercial Boadella started trading and was based at Vilobi d'Onyar where its main activity was the selling of farm machinery.

The company changed its name to Distribucions Boadella S.L. and at the same time formed the PARBOMA company, which was involved in the purchase and rental of land, factory units and other properties.

The company is importer for Catalonia for the brands MF and Matrbro being resposable for some dealers.

A new MAN outlet was opened in Vilamalla, with the aim of offering a better after-sales service in the Empordà region.

The company begins to market ISUZU LGVs and pick-ups.

The opening of a new "Self Storage" facility (the rental of square metres in the shape of storerooms) called TOT HI CAP in Riudellots de la Selva. Now another company has been started called BOADELLA-VALLSMADELLA, SL with headquarters in el Far d'Emporda which will distribute ISUZU, HITACHI AND MANITOU vehicles in the Empordà region

The website BOADELLAUSED.com was set up, dedicated to the sale of all types of second hand vehicles (industrial, lorries, cars, cranes...), which is the first step to trading internationally in the world of second hand vehicles. In the same year GRUP BOADELLA was set up, creating the new corporate image which would bring all the companies under one umbrella.

The MANITOU make was added to the company's portfolio for the official distribution of maintenance machinery as well as a complete after-sales service.

The HITACHI make was added to the company's portfolio for the official distribution of construction machinery as well as a complete after-sales service for all Catalonia.

The brands Ammann, Shäffer i Ghel where also added to the company. To offer a good serveice in Lleida and Tarragona a new delegation for public machinery opens in Bellpuig.

The company acquieres the delegations of Lleida and Tarragona for the truck brand MAN. Since then, we are official MAN Truck & Bus Center for Girona (sales and after-sales), Lleida, Tarragona and Figueres. Meanwhile a new delegation is opened in Barcelona to explode the sales and after sales of  the brand Hitachi.

The MAN Brand incorporates the new TGE vans, becoming the oficial dealer for sale and after sales in Girona, Lleida, Tarragona and Figueres.

A new after-sales service point of the MAN brand is incorporated in L'Aldea.
